To better serve our customer needs we have developed a quarterly- maintenance plan that covers many of the most common support cases that we handle. We will analyze the operation of your network, servers, and workstations and provide you with a breakdown of issues and potential problems that we find.

For $250 per quarter our staff will perform the following maintenance checks on one network server in your organization. The same checks will be performed on additional servers at the cost of $50 per server.

Network Maintenance checks include:

Servers
Document network devices (hubs/switches/routers)
Review device configuration
Review firewall configuration

Review system logs for errors and potential problems
Review service pack and hot fix installation history
Server Maintenance checks include:
Review hard disk usage and health reports
Review system backup process and disaster recovery status
Update emergency repair disks
Test backup media Confirm data set that is being backed up
Review Anti virus Protection
Check program version and signature files
Review scan history log for virus alerts
Review exclusions and exemption list for potential issues
Review scheduled system scans
Verify that scheduled updates are being performed
